Made with Gin Ginga sake rice grown in Iwate. A soft aroma, gentle sweetness and balanced acidity make this a useful starting point if you want a still sake to enjoy with dinner.

スパークリング 純米酒 世嬉の一 720ml

The bubbles come from fermentation in the bottle. Its restrained sweetness offers a different starting point from a very sweet sparkling drink. At 15% ABV, it is not a low-alcohol sake.

Made with Iwate’s Yui no Ka sake rice, polished to 40% of its original weight. Fragrant, gently sweet and smooth, in a 300 ml bottle. Try it with smoked salmon or Camembert.

Before you choose

Which option comes in a small bottle?

Yui no Ka junmai daiginjo comes in a 300 ml bottle. The tasting set contains two 300 ml bottles: one junmai daiginjo and one sparkling junmai sake.

Is the sparkling sake low in alcohol?

The 720 ml sparkling sake on this page is 15% ABV. Bubbles do not mean a drink is lower in alcohol. For the bottles in the tasting set, check each product label.

Can I complete checkout in English?

How should I store an opened bottle?

Follow the bottle’s storage instructions and keep it away from heat and direct sunlight. Chill sparkling sake before opening, and do not shake the bottle. Check the label for any specific instructions.
